I founded Four Oaks Psychology with a dream of being able to offer meaningful tailored person centred care and support without restrictions. It is an absolute privilege to be alongside my clients throughout their journey from beginning to end, witnessing their transformations and sharing their joy

From receiving psychological therapy, I have learnt about who I am as an individual. More importantly from this experience I have gained complete confidence in who I am as a person, and now being able to openly accept and love who I am.

Therapy has been an organic process, peeling and unfolding which takes time. I think Laura is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, intuitive and wise, and the balance she brings to each session and the gentle unearthing of conversations is really quite amazing.
